Biography

Ellie Bamber (born March, 1997) is a British actress. She is best known for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies as Lydia Bennet and for portraying Dinah Lord in the Old Vic Theatre’s musical “High Society”.

Her first role was in the miniseries A Mother’s Son, she also made an appearance in an episode of BBC One’s The Musketeers in 2015. Ellie has recently been involved in a few months of filming for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies as one of the Bennet sisters, Lydia.

Acting is not her only passion, Ellie is a talented singer too, she has collaborated with Charlie Shortland during the Nashville & Memphis trip in July 2014, as well as work with recent graduate Jack Lidgley.

She is a founding member of Annoy the Boy – a Singer/Songwriter band with Harry Fannon and Lozz Stewart, based in southern England. They have just released their first EP entitled ‘Rush’, and have appeared at Lowde Fest, Elixir Festival and Tooting Tram Social.
